Defect Specialists is a bespoke company that has been established to work alongside developers, construction companies and homeowners to identify, report, manage and closeout defects on new buildings.  Our experience enables us and take over this essential step of a building project to give clients assurance that any defects are managed within a timely manner.  

Defect Specialists are experienced professionals who carry out a varied number of general and specific tasks varying in size and importance in the building industry, usually engaged by insurers, builders, engineers, tradespeople seeking a satisfactory outcome or assistance in/or on a building process, prior, during or after the event.  

We provide comprehensive reporting on defects and will discuss these with you once we have been in to a site and made an assessment.
